By downloading, accessing, or using Driftly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Driftly may offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
User Conduct
You agree to use Driftly only for lawful, personal sleep-tracking purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its services.

Driftly provides informational sleep insights and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified health professional for medical concerns.
